Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms govern the use of this website and the SalesBox platform (branded mobile apps, online store, Telegram store and admin panel) by business customers.
2. Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly in euro and depend on the number of orders processed through your app. A one-off launch fee covers setup, branding, publishing and training. Prices are shown excluding VAT.
3. Your obligations
You are responsible for the content of your catalogue, for your customers’ personal data processed in your app as its controller, and for complying with the App Store and Google Play policies for your published app.
4. Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability and provide support during business hours. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly plan with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination you can export your customer data from the admin panel.
7. Governing law
To be defined with your legal advisor (jurisdiction of the operating company).
