Who we are
SalesBox (“we”) operates this website. Controller contact: hello@salesboxapp.com.
What data we collect
- Demo requests. Name, work email, company, country and the message you send us. We use it to reply to your request and to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics cookies. Only if you click “Accept all” in the cookie banner, Google Tag Manager loads analytics tags that collect usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate location). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the page footer.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver the site securely.
How long we keep it
Demo requests: up to 24 months after our last contact. Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the analytics tool (default 14 months).
Who we share it with
Processors acting on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting), Make.com (form delivery), Google (analytics, only with consent). Some processors may be located outside the EEA; transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing hello@salesboxapp.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the date above.
